Deposit and payment
A deposit confirms the order; the balance is settled before delivery. The exact split is in the contract.
Payment is flexible: cash, bank transfer, card, instalments through a finance partner, or contract terms for corporate customers. There's a way that fits your cash flow — just tell your salesperson.
Bank details
Bank details are provided with the contract and invoice.
VAT invoice
A VAT invoice is issued once payment has been received in full.
Please provide your company name, tax code and registered address accurately.
Disputes
Any issue is addressed first through negotiation between the parties. If no agreement is reached, either party may refer the matter to the competent authorities under Vietnamese law.
