Transport is included in the quoted price, delivered to your site.

Delivery time: 1–7 working days depending on distance.

Inspection on receipt

Please check before signing:

• Condition of packaging and crates
• Quantity, model and accessories supplied
• Conformity with the order

Report any damage or discrepancy at the moment of delivery.

Responsibilities

• NKAM: correct packing, notification of delivery time, coordination with the carrier and the customer
• Customer: accurate delivery details, inspection before acceptance, preparation of the site and services required for industrial machinery

Privacy Policy

What we collect: contact details you submit (phone, Zalo, email or WhatsApp), your requirements and other information you provide voluntarily. The site also records pages visited, tool actions, traffic/campaign sources and random session identifiers. Technical cookies protect forms and limit abusive requests; the visitor identification cookie lasts up to 24 hours.

Purpose: consultation, quotation, order confirmation, delivery coordination, warranty and technical support, as well as site security, usability improvements and evaluation of inquiry sources.
