Ranges by configuration
Each row is an indicative range under the conditions stated, not a fixed quote for a specific SKU. The inquiry link includes that row; NKAM will confirm the model, configuration and included charges before quoting.
| Type | Representative size | Range |
|---|---|---|
| NC, E21 controller | 40T/1600 | from about 150 million |
| NC, E21 controller | 130T/3200 | about 420 million |
| NC, higher controller (TP10S) | 40T/1600 | about 210 million |
| NC, higher controller (TP10S) | 130T/3200 | about 475 million |
| Electro-hydraulic CNC | 40T/1600 | about 355 million |
| Electro-hydraulic CNC | 130T/3200 | about 590 million |
| Electro-hydraulic CNC | 400T/4000 | about 1.3 billion |
Three things that set the number, in order of impact
1. NC or electro-hydraulic CNC. This is the biggest step — at the same size, the gap can approach double. NC is sufficient for a shop running a few fixed part types. Electro-hydraulic CNC earns its keep when you change parts several times a day and need automatic crowning and tighter repeatability.
2. Bed length. It matters more than tonnage. At the same controller level, going from 1.6m to 3.2m adds roughly half again to double.
3. The controller. E21 to TP10S and upward, each step adds tens of millions. The controller is what the operator touches every day — it is the part of the configuration most worth thinking about.
Why our prices sit near the lower end of the real market range
Our prices sit near the lower end of the real transaction range; they are not simply half the market price. Higher quotations are commonly complete machines from major brands, with Delem-class controllers and the manufacturer's service organisation behind them.
We are not a major brand. We assemble from proven component sets, keep stock in Vietnam year-round, and sell direct without several distribution layers. Those three things account for most of the gap.
We do not hide that. If you need a name-brand machine for a tender document, we are not your supplier — and we will say so. If you need a press brake that does the work and want to see the actual machine before paying, come and inspect it.
Before you compare prices, ask three more questions
A price without a stated service scope does not tell you anything. When you receive a quotation from anyone, ourselves included, ask:
- Does this include delivery to my shop?
- During the warranty, who pays the travel cost when it fails?
- How many months of warranty, and from what date?
Those three usually change the comparison more than the price itself does. Two quotations 15% apart are often two different service scopes rather than two different prices.
Our quotations state all three. If anything is unclear, ask directly — we answer in writing.
Where a press brake sits in your process
Bending is rarely the first operation. The blank has to be cut first — laser, plasma or mechanical — and only then bent. After bending, many parts still need welding to become a finished product.
This matters when choosing a machine: the largest sheet your cutting equipment handles effectively caps the bend length you actually need. Buying a press brake longer than your cutting bed is buying capacity you will not use.
If you are building a line rather than adding one machine, tell us at the start — the sensible investment order is often not the one people expect.

What our quotation includes
Included: the machine, the controller as configured, standard tooling, basic operating instruction, 12-month warranty.
Not included: special tooling for specific parts, foundation and power at your site, extended training, consumables, and freight if you take the machine price.
To get an accurate quotation, prepare
- The thickest material you will bend, and its grade
- Your longest bend length
- How many different part types you run in a day
- A drawing of your most difficult part, if you have one
Those four almost fully determine the configuration. With them we give you a real number instead of a range.
