If you have searched for tube bender prices and found nothing, that is not your search. Almost no supplier in Vietnam publishes prices for this line. This page does.

Ranges

Each row is an indicative range under the conditions stated, not a fixed quote for a specific SKU. The inquiry link includes that row; NKAM will confirm the model, configuration and included charges before quoting.

How to read this table

The big step is not between ø38 and ø50. It is between NC and CNC. At the same ø38, going from NC to two-axis CNC is roughly 108 million to 365 million — more than three times.

What an "axis" is: a motion the machine controls itself. More axes means parts with several bends in several planes, without an operator re-fixturing between them.

What a "stack" is: how many tool sets are mounted at once. Two stacks means one part can use two different bend radii without stopping to change tooling.

Choose by the part, not by the tube size. A ø25 part with six bends across four planes needs far more axes than a ø50 part with one bend.

The cost the price table does not show

Tooling.

This is the biggest difference between tube bending and the other three product lines. Every diameter × bend-radius combination needs its own tool set. No tool set covers multiple sizes.

So if you run three diameters at two radii, that can be six tool sets. For some shops, total tooling approaches a significant fraction of the machine price.

This is what makes tube bender price lists misleading, and it is probably why most suppliers simply do not publish them. We publish, and we publish this warning with it.

When you ask for a price, ask for the tooling for your actual part too. If someone quotes you a machine price without asking what diameter and what radius you bend, that number does not mean anything yet.

A mandrel is not an accessory

On thin-wall tube or tight bend radii, without a mandrel the tube will flatten — no machine can save it. That is a material limit, not a machine limit.

If your part needs a mandrel, it belongs in the quotation from the start, not as an add-on after you discover the flattening.

Before you compare prices, ask three more questions

A price without a stated service scope does not tell you anything. When you receive a quotation from anyone, ourselves included, ask:

  1. Does this include delivery to my shop?
  2. During the warranty, who pays the travel cost when it fails?
  3. How many months of warranty, and from what date?

Those three usually change the comparison more than the price itself does. Two quotations 15% apart are often two different service scopes rather than two different prices.

Our quotations state all three. If anything is unclear, ask directly — we answer in writing.

Where a tube bender sits in your process

Tube processing runs in parallel with sheet processing; the same factory often operates both product lines. A complete tube workflow is cut tube → bend tube → weld.

Most interfaces on bent-tube parts need welding. How the part will be welded after bending, and whether the weld sits in a load-bearing zone, should be considered at the design stage.

What the quotation includes

Included: the machine, control system as configured, one tool set for one diameter × radius combination, operating instruction, 12-month warranty.

Not included: the remaining tool sets, a mandrel if the part needs one, wiper dies, foundation and power, and freight if you take the machine price.

To get an accurate quotation, prepare

  1. The part drawing — in tube bending, a drawing says more than any description
  2. Outside diameter, wall thickness, material
  3. Bend radius, and how many bends on one part
  4. Whether those bends are in the same plane

With one drawing we can tell you how many axes, how many stacks, how many tool sets, and whether a mandrel is mandatory — even when the answer is that you should change the design.
